Corporate Secretary (m/f/d)
Be instrumental in helping our office to run smoothly, providing support to our managers, senior-level executives, and/or a department or division. You must be able to wear the hats of receptionist, typist, file and data manager, budget, travel, and meeting coordinator, and general office clerk simultaneously. If you are organized, able to multitask, and have good communication skills, we want you on our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Create Documents
Responsibility for written communication with both internal and external customers. This requires the composition of Word documents and the creation of Power Point presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
– Manage Calendar
Help to maximize the manager or department/division head’s time, book appointments and arrange schedules.
– Take Minutes
Doing an accurate official written record of what took place at a meeting or conference is important for future reference.
– Maintain Files/Records
Compliance standards require the maintenance of certain records/files for an established time frame. Lead this effort by setting up, organizing, maintaining, and purging files and records.
– Time management
Complete tasks with competing deadlines and manage multiple calendars and priorities, be proficient in managing time
– Receive Clients and Visitors
You help maintain order, efficiency, and professionalism by greeting and screening incoming clients and visitors, determining the reason for their visit, and directing them accordingly.
Thai native speaker.
Bachelor or Master degree in any related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
At least 2 years’ experience in corporate secretary.
Good communication skills fluent in English, verbal and written.
